Respecting Each Other's Time
Life happens I totally get it. But to keep things flowing smoothly for everyone, here are a few important policies to know before booking:

Cancellations & Reschdules
If you need to cancel or change your appointment, give me at least 48 hours’ notice. That way, I can offer your spot to someone else. Anything less than 24 hours? That will result into a fee of 50% of schedule appointment.
Confirmations Matter
You’ll get a text or email to confirm your appointment within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, Please confirm it. If I don’t hear from you within 24 hours of you set appointment I will cancel it. My time and your time both matter.
New Extension Client
If you’re new to extensions, a consultation is required before booking any install appointments. This is non negotiable. We need to talk through your goals, color match your hair, and place your order because every extension install is fully customized.
Late Arrivals
Running behind happens but if you’re more than 10-15 minutes late, I may need to adjust or reschedule your service to stay on track for the day as well as a late fee. I’ll always do what I can, but I also respect everyone’s time (including mine).
Refund Policy
I don’t offer refunds on services. Hair is an art and a process, and I always aim to get it right. If something feels off, reach out within 48 hours I want you to love your look, and I’ll do my part to make it right.
24–48 Hour Rule
If something feels off after your appointment, don’t sit on it reach out within 48 hours. I want you to love your hair, and I’ll do what I can to make it right. Closed mouths don’t get fed, and I can’t fix what I don’t know about.
Payments & Deposits
Payment is due at the end of your service. I accept cash, as well as all major debit and credit cards please note, there is a 3% processing fee for card payments.
Some services or first time bookings may require a non refundable deposit, which will go toward your total. This helps secure your spot and prep for your appointment.
Minors + Parent Policy
If your child is under 18, a parent or guardian must be present for the consultation. We’ll go over the plan together and make sure we’re all on the same page. Once everything’s agreed on, you’re welcome to step out during the service.
Whatever we decide, the parent must agree too clear energy, clear expectations, beautiful results.
